Planning granted to refurbish and remodel this beautiful Grade II listed Bayswater mews house. Works include moving the entrance from lower ground floor to raised ground floor and extensive internal remodelling and architectural interior design.
COMPLETION - APRIL 2021
In 2015 Bloombar Property purchased this belle epoque style house on Cap d'Antibes. Previously owned by a local lobster fisherman, the house retained its original 1920's lobster pool and direct sea water supply from the beach. Planning was granted in 2016 to completely remodel and extend the property.

In 2012, we undertook the task of applying for planning permission to convert an overly large 900 sq ft one bedroom top floor property in prime Little Venice into a 1,500 sq ft duplex, architect designed penthouse. Planning was granted in late 2012 and completion in mid 2013.

2012 was a busy year for us. We were lucky enough to be the winning bidders on this Grade II listed Marylebone mews house which had been occupied by the previous owners for over 40 years. A 3 year planning battle saw us obtain planning to convert the existing garage into an additional bedroom and completely remodel the house from the ground up.
